Where is Preston Ramsey Cars based?
Preston Ramsey Cars Ltd is based at Randol House, Thornaby, TS17 0BA, serving Teesside and the wider North East of England including Stockton-on-Tees, Middlesbrough and Darlington.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 09:00–17:00, Saturday 09:00–13:00, and Sunday by appointment. Call 01642 750075 to arrange a viewing outside these hours.
Can I view a car before buying?
Yes. All of our stock can be viewed in person by appointment at our Thornaby showroom. Send an enquiry through the website or call 01642 750075 to book a time that suits you.
Do you offer car finance?
Yes. Preston Ramsey Cars Limited is an Appointed Representative of Automotive Compliance Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA 498804). We work with a panel of lenders and can introduce you to finance products subject to status. We are a credit broker, not a lender.
Do you accept part-exchange?
Yes, we are happy to consider part-exchange on any vehicle in our stock. Send us your registration and mileage through the enquiry form and we will come back with an indicative valuation.
Can I reserve a car online?
Yes. Most vehicles can be reserved online with a refundable deposit directly from the vehicle listing page. Reserving takes the car off sale while we arrange your viewing, finance or delivery.
Do you deliver cars nationwide?
We can arrange delivery across mainland UK. Costs depend on distance — get in touch with the vehicle details and your postcode and we will quote you a fixed price.
Do your cars come with a warranty?
Every car we sell is covered by a warranty. Terms vary by vehicle age and mileage — the specific cover for a car can be confirmed on enquiry or at the point of sale.
Are your cars HPI checked?
Yes. Every vehicle is provenance-checked before going on sale so you can buy with confidence that the car is not recorded as stolen, written off or subject to outstanding finance.
